Draft under review. This document is being finalized and may change before Peak One leaves early access. Questions? Email support@peakone.ai.
These terms apply when you use Peak One. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Peak One, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Peak One on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to do so.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for activity in your account. Workspace owners and admins decide who joins their workspace and what role each member has.
3. Early access
Peak One is in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Peak One is free during early access. We will announce paid plans in advance and will not charge you without your agreement.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to Peak One. You give us permission to host, store, process and display your content only as needed to provide and improve the service for you, including sending it to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to add it, including information about your contacts.
5. AI features
AI features such as Lisa generate suggestions, summaries and drafts automatically. They can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review AI output before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Peak One to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing or deceptive communications;
- upload malware, or try to access accounts, workspaces or systems you are not authorized to use;
- interfere with the service, overload it, or get around its limits or security;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
7. Calls, text messages and email
When you call, text or email people through Peak One, you are responsible for following the laws that apply, including getting any consent required before texting or recording someone and honoring opt-out requests. We may limit or suspend these features to prevent abuse or to comply with carrier rules.
8. Third-party services
Peak One relies on third-party providers, such as those for telephony, email, video and AI. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Peak One at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@peakone.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
10. Disclaimers
Peak One is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Peak One will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Because Peak One is free during early access, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Peak One after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
13. Governing law
The governing law and venue for disputes will be stated here when these terms are finalized.
